Blue Legacy Circle

Leave a Lasting Legacy

You can leave a meaningful legacy of commitment to rescue and protect marine wildlife for many years to come by designating SR3 as a beneficiary of your will, life insurance policy, bank account, investment account, retirement plan, or donor-advised fund.

You may also consider making SR3 a partial beneficiary of one of your accounts. Even leaving 10 percent of an account to SR3 will go a long way to demonstrating your commitment to protect marine wildlife after you pass.

By consulting with your attorney or financial planner, you can learn more about how these gifts could reduce your tax bill while also doing incredible good for marine animals and their ocean home.

You’re Invited to Join the

Blue Legacy Circle

If you choose to leave a gift of any size to SR3 in your estate plan, you will become a member of our Blue Legacy Circle.

Two seals, one adult with gray and black mottled fur and one pup with light fur, are on a sandy beach near the ocean, facing each other.

The Blue Legacy Circle was formed to recognize those who have made this special commitment to protect marine wildlife health for future generations.

Members will enjoy exclusive benefits, such as:

  • Attendance at a release celebration to witness the joy of an animal you helped return to the wild.

  • Private behind-the-scenes tour of SR3’s marine wildlife hospital.

  • Invitations to exclusive events where you will have a chance to learn more about marine conservation issues from our experts in the field.

Legacy Options to Explore

There are many ways to protect marine wildlife through your estate plan! This can include:
