Rachel Bishop

Development & Communications Director

Rachel is a grant writer and communications professional with more than fifteen years of experience supporting animal-related nonprofits. She holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a postgraduate certification in nonprofit management. 

Rachel has worked across the full spectrum of nonprofit development – from managing capital campaigns to crafting donor communications. A lifelong animal lover, she brings both professional expertise and genuine passion to the supporters and marine wildlife at the heart of SR3’s mission.
