Your symbolic adoption will support SR3's work, including its efforts to protect the critically endangered Southern Resident killer whales. This population is currently at its lowest since the mid 1970’s, following the years of their live capture for marine parks and aquariums. Today SR3 works to protect them from new threats, including a lack of their preferred prey, Chinook Salmon. We regularly collect critical health data with drones and use this information to drive conservation policies and inform emergency response efforts.
